Our Mission & Code of Conduct
The mission of The Closers Common is to create an inclusive and strategic revenue-growth minded network for everyone.
Our content primarily focuses on individuals in customer-facing roles (sales, account management, sales development, enablement, success and support) starting with a focus on the tech sector. This can also include other roles, as we believe that selling is human and every role in an organization contributes to driving revenue.
We champion diversity and empower individuals from all backgrounds. We aim to highlight underrepresented groups in the industry including women, visible minorities, and the LGBTQIA2+ community. The Closers Common fosters a safe and creative space where members feel comfortable to express themselves professionally.
We prioritize knowledge sharing and ensuring that a variety of voices contribute to discussions on trending topics. We embrace a low-pressure environment that invites casual participation—come as you are.
